Claims (1)
構成する主スイツチング素子用のオン信号に同期
して前記クロツクパルスの計数を開始し、前記主
スイツチング用のオフ信号に同期してリセツトさ
れるカウンタと、前記チヨツパの過電流が検出さ
れることにより前記カウンタの計数動作を停止さ
せる手段と、前記カウンタの計数動作停止時の計
数値が前記チヨツパのオンオフ繰返し周期に相当
する値を超えたとき第１の異常信号を出力する手
段と、前記カウンタの計数動作停止時の計数値が
前記チヨツパのオンオフ繰返し周期に相当する値
に満たないとき第２の異常信号を出力する手段と
、前記第１の異常信号によりゲート信号喪失の旨
を表示し、前記第２の異常信号により主スイツチ
ング素子故障の旨を表示する表示装置とを具備し
