に起動信号を送出するフリツプフロツプ回路を形
成する二つのトランジスタと、この内の第1のト
ランジスタのベース端子と第2のトランジスタの
コレクタ端子との間に直列に挿入されたコンデン
サと、このコンデンサに並列接続されかつエミツ
タ端子を前記第2のトランジスタのコレクタ端子
に接続した前記不足電圧検出部のフオトカプラの
出力側トランジスタとを有することを特徴とする
スイツチング電源回路。 (2) 前記コンバータの出力側に過電圧検出部を
備え、前記コンバータの出力過電圧を第2のフオ
トカプラの導通状態により前記コンバータ起動停
