Claims (1)
、隣接する2素子毎にその一端側を導電性部材に
よつて接続することにより複数個のPN素子対を
形成すると共に、 隣接する該PN素子対間を導電性部材によつて
更に接続することにより複数個のPN素子対を接
続し、 更に前記一端側および他端側を夫々、電気絶縁
性の熱交換基板によつて一体的に被覆した熱電装
置において、 前記熱交換基板のうちの少なくとも一方に、導
電性部材に到達する貫通孔を穿孔したことを特徴
