であつて、 上記第1電極及び第2電極の各々は上記基板の
非発電領域に延びる延長部を有し、上記半導体膜
は上記第1電極及びその延長部を含む基板の絶縁
表面を実質的に全て被覆し、相い隣り合う一方の
発電素子の第1電極延長部と、他の発電素子の第
2電極延長部とが半導体膜に形成された低抵抗路
を介して電気的に接続されると共に、一方の出力
端子を形成すべく上記接続方向において一方の端
部に位置する発電素子の第1電極の延長部とその
延長部を被覆する半導体膜部分にも低抵抗路を設
けて当該半導体膜部分上に配置された島状電極を
電気的に接続し、当該島状電極及び他方の端部に
位置する発電素子の第2電極延長部を導電性ペー
ストで密閉包囲して出力端子とし、斯る出力端子
を露出した状態で残部の電極露出部を絶縁体で密
