建物のスラブの上に敷き込まれる防水層を貫通してそのスラブの上部から下部に通じる排水径路を施工する際に用いられる防水層貫通用金物であって、
前記スラブに据え付けられ、前記スラブの下方から挿入される下部側の立樋の接続が可能で、かつ周縁部に防水層支持用のフランジ部を一体的に有する環状のベース部材と、
前記ベース部材の上に載置され、前記スラブの上方から挿入される上部側の立樋の接続が可能で、かつ周縁部に前記ベース部材のフランジ部の上に重ね合わされる防水層の縁部を前記フランジ部とで挾着する押圧用のフランジ部を有する環状の被冠部材と、
前記ベース部材と被冠部材とを締結し、その締結力で前記防水層の縁部を前記支持用のフランジ部と押圧用のフランジ部とに圧着させる締結具と、
を具備することを特徴とする防水層貫通用金物。
