Description

The present invention relates to a repair method of the reinforcing steel reinforcement concrete electric pole for efficient repair of reinforcing rebar inside concrete electric pole.

Conventionally, in the case of concrete utility poles, when a crack (cracking) occurs on the outer peripheral surface or when white cracks are observed from the crack, such replacement of the utility pole has been considered. .

However, the replacement of the utility pole has a problem in that the procedures for removing and re-installing the installation location of the utility pole and the facilities attached to the utility pole are complicated and the cost is increased. Furthermore, in the case of concrete partitions and support pillars, rebuilding was not easy, and it was almost impossible.

Therefore, in order to avoid these problems, for example, a portion of a concrete structure that has cracked is picked up, a reinforcing bar inside the concrete is exposed, and then a joint suitable for the outer diameter and shape of the reinforcing bar is prepared in advance. And the process which replaces the reinforcing bar of the rusted part is also proposed (patent document 1).
JP 2005-16201 A

However, the diameter and shape of the reinforcing bars used in existing structures are usually not constant, so reinforcement of the interior of the concrete is required until the outer circumference of the reinforcing bars is cleaned and measured after the concrete is crushed and removed. Normally, the diameter and shape of the reinforcing bars are not known.

Therefore, it is necessary to prepare a joint after removing concrete and confirming the diameter and shape of the reinforcing bar, or to prepare many kinds of joints assumed in advance. In other words, if the joint is prepared after confirming the diameter of the reinforcing bar, etc., it will leave the reinforcing bar exposed to the outside air, which is not preferable, and preparing a large number of joints in advance Also, in terms of cost and quality maintenance must be avoided. Furthermore, the concrete structure is not necessarily located in a convenient place for transportation, and improvement is also required from the viewpoint of shortening the working days.

The present invention has been made in view of such technical problems, and the purpose of the present invention is to provide a reinforcing bar for reinforcing a concrete power pole that can quickly cope with a concrete power pole in which cracks and white flower phenomenon are recognized. Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

FIG. 1 is a diagram showing an external appearance of a main part of a power pole P that is a target of a method for repairing reinforcing bars for reinforcing a concrete power pole to which an embodiment according to the present invention is applied. As a concrete utility pole, it includes a telephone pole and taper with no concrete pillars having the taper made of concrete. In the present embodiment, the description will be made assuming that the main reinforcing bar 11 which is a so-called shear reinforcing bar is used as the reinforcing bar. As the repairing reinforcing bars, so-called PC steel wires are used, but any wire material having any steel property may be used.

In the figure, D1 is a crack generated in the electric pole P, a so-called crack, and D2 is rust that has exuded from the crack D1. The case where such a crack D1 and rust D2 are detected in the inspection work of the utility pole P will be described below. In addition to such inspection work, in the case of reinforcement work for the concrete utility pole P, if an abnormality such as corrosion is detected in the main rebar 11 when a work hole is opened in the side wall surface of the utility pole P, the repair is similarly performed. Will work.

FIG. 2 is a diagram illustrating a range in which the side wall surface of the utility pole P is opened by opening. The width of the opening H should be as narrow as possible. Further, the opening length in the height direction should be narrower as long as it sufficiently includes abnormalities such as corrosion that has occurred in the main reinforcing bar 11 and does not hinder the mounting of the high nut 15 described later.

FIG. 3 is a diagram showing a state in which the main reinforcing bar 11 is removed by drilling and removing concrete with a sonodrill (ultrasonic drilling machine) or the like. The main reinforcing bars 11 with rust 11r shown in FIG. 3 are cut along the cutting lines A1 and A2 and removed. The removed state is shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 4, the main reinforcing bar 11 is cut so that the upper main reinforcing bar 11U and the lower main reinforcing bar 11L having a predetermined length remain. The remaining length is preferably as short as possible so as not to hinder the attachment of the high nut 15 described later.

Next, with reference to FIG. 5, the repairing reinforcing bars will be described. First, the distance between the upper main reinforcing bar 11U and the lower main reinforcing bar 11L is accurately measured. The PC steel wire 13 is cut to a length shorter than this measurement value by several mm to 10 mm, and the two high nuts 15 are fitted into the upper and lower sides of the PC steel wire 13 as shown in FIG. Hereafter, they are simply fitted), and each is temporarily fixed with a set screw 15a to form a repair set for the PC steel wire 13.

The high nut used in the present embodiment is a nut having a hexagonal cross section of several centimeters to 5 or 6 centimeters in length, and the inside may not be engraved with a screw. The outer diameter of the reinforcing steel bar 13 is larger. Further, two screws, a female screw 15a and a female screw 15b, are provided on an arbitrary side surface of the high nut 15.

Hereinafter, the upper high nut 15 is referred to as an upper high nut 15U, and the lower high nut 15 is referred to as a lower high nut 15L. 5 and the following drawings, the direction of the female screw 15a is different, but the direction is different for the sake of clarity, and the workability from the work opening H is usually directed in the same vertical direction. Is increasing.

In the figure, the number of the set screws provided on each high nut 15 is only the set screw 15a and set screw 15b provided on an arbitrary side surface of the high nut 15. A total of four lines may be used, or another one side surface, for example, a total of four lines, one on each side or an adjacent side surface, or a total of eight lines.

Here, the case where the PC steel wire 13 is cut at the construction site has been described as an example, but two high nuts 15 are fitted to the PC steel wire 13 cut in advance to 30 cm, 35 cm, 40 cm, 50 cm,. You may make it prepare. In this case, the distance between the cutting line A1 and the cutting line A2 is set in consideration of the total length of the repaired portion and the length of the PC steel wire 13 prepared in advance, and the main reinforcing bar 11 is cut.

As described above, by preparing the PC steel wire 13 in which the two high nuts 15 are temporarily fixed with the set screws 15a in advance as a repair set, it is possible to further reduce the working time at the construction site.

FIG. 6 shows a state in which the repair set of the PC steel wire 13 shown in FIG. 5 is fitted between the upper main reinforcing bar 11U and the lower main reinforcing bar 11L. Subsequently, the temporarily fixed female screw 15a is loosened, and the upper high nut 15U is moved upward and the lower high nut 15L is moved downward as indicated by an arrow in the figure, and the cut surface of the main reinforcing bar 11 and the PC steel wire 13 are moved. After adjusting so that the connecting portion of the cut surface is positioned at the center of each high nut 15, the female screw 15 a is tightened (see FIG. 7).

Next, with reference to FIG. 8, the closing process of the work opening H opened on the side surface of the utility pole P will be described.

In this embodiment, the working opening H is closed using the closing plastic plate 17, the closing wire mesh 21, and the water stop mortar 23. The closing plastic plate 17 is a plastic plate made of vinyl chloride or the like provided with a large number of holes. Instead of the closing plastic plate 17, a perforated stainless steel plate or a punching metal may be used. Further, as the closing wire mesh 21, iron or stainless steel wire mesh, wire or the like can be used.

In the present embodiment, the closing plastic plate 17 and the PC steel wire 13 are fastened by the fastening wire 19, and the closing plastic plate 17 is fixed inside the hollow of the utility pole P. At this time, when the fastening wire 19 is fastened, it can be easily fixed by being hooked on the high nut 15 and fastened.

Subsequently, as shown in FIG. 9, the opening is sealed with the water-stopping mortar 23, and the water-stopping mortar 23 is applied to the surface provided with the closing wire mesh 21 (see FIG. 10). Thereby, the strength of the utility pole P can be recovered in the same manner as before corrosion.

Moreover, it becomes possible to further increase the strength by winding an aramid fiber sheet around the surface of the blocking treatment with the water-stopping mortar 23 and fixing it with an adhesive.
