Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 〔産業上の利用分野〕 本発明は純度８０％以上のシコニンを配合してなる化粧
料に関する。
〔従来の技術〕
ムラサキの乾燥根である紫根は、その有効成分が薬理効
果を有し、これか、ら抽出される紫根エキスは美麗な紅
色乃至紅紫色を呈している。
しかし、紫根エキスは日光や熱に弱く、また不快臭があ
るため、これが実用化の障害になっていた。このため、
特公昭５２−２７６９２号は、紫根エキスを疏水性有機
溶媒にて溶出せしめ、弱アルカリ水溶液にて洗浄したも
のを配合！　ア　１ハ　ス しかし、異臭除去に効果はあるが、退色等の点で、未だ
不安定で、必ずしも満足すべきものではなかった。
〔発明が解決しようとする問題点〕
叙上の事情に鑑み、本発明は紫根の有効成分であるシコ
ニンを配合して、優れた色彩を付与し、しかも退色など
の不都合を解消させた化粧料の提供を目的とするもので
ある。
〔問題点を解決するための手段〕
シコニンは、下記式 で示されるナフトキノン系の化合物であり、天然の紫根
、あるいはＭｉ織培養によって得られるムラサキのカル
ス、さらにこれから抽出される紫根エキスなどには数％
含有されており、これら紫根等には少量のシコニンと共
に、シコニンの種々のエステル化合物が多量に含有され
ているものである。
本発明で用いるシコニンは、これら紫根等を原料とし、
シコニンのエステル化合物等を含むナフトキノン系の化
合物を、ヘキサン等の抽出剤で抽出した後、例えばＩ規
定の苛性カリ等のアルカリ水溶液で加水分解を行い、硫
酸等を添加して酸析を行って調整したところの純度８０
％以十のシコニンを、化粧料に配合することにより、」
１記退色などの不都合な点を解消さしたものである。
ここで、純度が８０％より低いものは退色しやすく、悪
臭もあって不適当である。特に、純度が約９０ないし１
００％のシコニンを用いれば、極めて安定性がよく、化
粧料の色彩効果も優れたものとなる。
〔作　用〕
本発明の純度８０％以上のシコニンを配合してなる化粧
料は、シコニンの抗菌作用による薬理効果は何等損われ
ることなく、また肉芽形成作用による毛髪促進の効果も
期待でき、皮膚に対して親和・浸透に優れ、刺激を与え
ない美粧効果を有する。
本発明でいう化粧料とは、クリーム、化粧水、０−ジョ
ン、乳液、ヘアトニック、リンス、シャンプー等を含む
ものである。
本発明の化粧料を調整するには、従来公知の化粧料の配
合方法でもよく、あるいは例えばシコニンを予め少量の
基材と混合し２てマスターハツチとし、これを残りの基
材に配合するようにしてもよい。
〔実施例〕
シコニンは純度９５％のもの１％を、エタノール１００
ｍｌ１に溶解した液を使用した。

チル　　　　０．０５ｇシコニン（純度９５％）　　　
　　　　　５．０ｇ以上のＡ成分を約８５℃で溶解加熱
する。
〈Ｂ成分〉 グリセリン　　　　　　　　　　　５．０ｇプロピレン
グリコール　　　　　　３．Ｏｇバラオキシ安息香酸メ
チル　　　　０．０１ｇＥＤＴＡ−２Ｎａ　　　　　　
　　　　　　　０．１ｇ水　　　　　　　　　　　　　
　　　　　　　　　　　　５５．５ｇ〈Ｃ成分〉 香料　　　　　　　　　　　　　　０．０５ｇ次に約８
５℃に溶解加熱したＢ成分に、Ａ成分を攪料しながら徐
々に加えて乳化する。乳化液温度は約５０℃で、これに
Ｃ成分として香料０．０５ｇを添加し、紅紫色のクリー
ムを得た。
このクリームを顔面に塗布して試験した結果、外観は製
造直後の色に比べて退色は認られず、臭いは異臭がなく
、顔面塗布による皮膚への浸透性がよく、刺激を有しな
いものであり、シコニンの有する薬理効果も期待できる
ものであった。

　　　　　　０．１ｇシコニン（純度９５％）　　　　
　　　　　３．０ｇ防腐剤・紫外線吸収剤　　　　　　
通量水　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　
　　７８．８ｇ上記、水にグリセリン、プロピレングリ
コール、紫外線吸収剤を加え、室温下に溶解する。
一方エタノールにオレイルアルコール、ポリオキシエチ
レンソルビタンモノラウリン酸エステルとポリオキシエ
チレンラウリル、防腐剤、香料を加えて室温下に溶解し
、水を加えて可溶化する。シコニンを入れると弱酸性の
ため淡赤色となり、これをろ過して化粧水を得た。これ
は実施例１と同様の効果を有するものであった。
〔発明の効果〕
本発明の純度８０％以上のシコニンを配合した化粧料は
、優れた色彩のものであり、退色は認められず、胃臭の
ないものであった。
また、ニキビ、シミ、ソバカス、肌荒れ、サメ肌、紫外
線焼けのばか毛髪促進用の型理効果も期待できる。さら
に、皮膚に対して親和性、浸透性に優れ、皮膚に刺激を
与えない美粧効果を有するもので、各種の皮膚化粧料や
頭髪化粧料に利用しうる有用且つ多くの効果が期待でき
るものである。
