- 絶縁基板と、該絶縁基板上に貼着する第１およ
び第２の絶縁フイルムと、該第１の絶縁フイルム
上に設けた所望形状の回路パターンおよび該回路
パターン上に複数の回路素子とを備え、前記第２
の絶縁フイルム上に設けた電極パツトおよび該電
極パツド上に設けた金鍍層とを備え、前記第１お
よび第２の絶縁フイルムを前記絶縁基板上の同一
面に貼着し前記第１の絶縁フイルムと前記第２の
絶縁フイルムとをろう材で接続することを特徴と
する混成集積回路。
