Claims (1)
- 金属基板と、該金属基板の折曲げ部分に設けた
溝部と、前記基板の表面に付着した絶縁フイルム
と、該絶縁フイルム上に設けた所望の導電路と、
該導電路上に固着された複数の回路素子とを具備
し、前記金属基板を折曲げる際前記溝部に前記絶
縁フイルムおよび導電路が収納されることを特徴
とする混成集積回路。
