Claims (1)
- 気筒毎に2つの吸気弁を有すると共に、燃焼室
頂壁の略中央に点火プラグを装着してなる内燃機
関において、前記各吸気弁に至る吸気ポートを、
上流側で合流させると共に、該吸気ポート合流部
近傍に、機関運転条件に応じて開閉制御される開
閉弁を設け、該開閉弁に、閉弁位置で吸気弁リフ
ト時における各吸気弁体と弁座との間隙の燃焼室
中心側でかつ前記弁体と弁座の略中間点方向に向
けて吸気を通過させる通路を形成する一方、燃料
噴射弁の燃料噴射方向を分岐した両吸気ポートに
略均等に燃料が噴射するよう設定したことを特徴
とする内燃機関の吸気装置。
