Ｂの入力抵抗Ｒ５をトリミングにより調整した後
の二つの半導体圧力センサＡ，Ｂの出力特性を示
すグラフ、第４図は本実施例の半導体圧力センサ
Ｂに与える直流バイアス電圧Ｖｏを調整した後の
二つの半導体圧力センサＡ，Ｂの出力特性を示す
グラフ、第５図は従来の半導体圧力センサの一例

- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 ダイヤフラム型感圧素子から成る圧力検出部と
、前記圧力検出部の出力を増幅する増幅回路を有
する半導体圧力センサにおいて、 前記増幅回路の増幅率調整抵抗をトリミング抵
抗とし、該トリミング抵抗を調整することによつ
て所定の圧力―出力電圧特性を得るように構成し
たことを特徴とする半導体圧力センサ。
