第２図は従来の温度制御回路の構成図である。図
中、１はサーミスタ、２は抵抗、３はブリツジ電
圧出力端子、４はブリツジ基準電圧出力端子、５
はオペアンプ、６は抵抗、７はトランジスタ、８
はヒータ、９は直流電源回路である。なお、図中
同一あるいは相当部分には同一符号を付して示し
てある。
第２図は従来の温度制御回路の構成図である。図
中、１はサーミスタ、２は抵抗、３はブリツジ電
圧出力端子、４はブリツジ基準電圧出力端子、５
はオペアンプ、６は抵抗、７はトランジスタ、８
はヒータ、９は直流電源回路である。なお、図中
同一あるいは相当部分には同一符号を付して示し
てある。
Claims (1)
- ブリツジ回路を構成する抵抗と、ブリツジ回路
を構成するニクロム線ヒータと、ブリツジ回路の
出力を反転増幅するオペアンプと、上記オペアン
プの増幅度を設定する抵抗と、上記オペアンプの
出力電流を増幅するトランジスタと、回路にバイ
アス電圧を供給する直流電源回路を備えたことを
特徴とする恒温槽温度制御回路。
