Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 産業上の利用分野 本発明は袋（例えば、ゴミ袋）等の閉塞装置に関する。
従来の技術 従来、袋等を閉塞するのに紙製又はプラスチック−の鞘
に収納された所定長さの鉄線を使用していた。□ 発明が解決しようとする問題点 しかしながら、上記鉄線によってゴミ袋を閉塞するには
手間がかかるばかシでなく、鉄線によシ形成された掴み
部は小さいため、ゴミ袋を持ち上げる際に不便であると
いう問題があった。
本発明の目的は、上記問題点を解消した袋等の閉塞装置
を提供するととにある。
問題点を解決するための手段 上記問題点を解消するために、本発明は、キャリヤと、
該キャリヤに支持され、袋等の閉塞すべき部分が嵌入さ
れる挿入口を形成すべく相互に近づく方向に延びる複数
の弾性フィンガとを備えた袋等の閉塞装置を提供する。
作用 上記構成によれば、例えばゴミ袋の閉塞すべき部分（上
端開口部）を挿通口に嵌入するだけで容易にこれを閉塞
することができ、以後は弾性フィンガがゴミ袋を閉塞状
態を維持する。そして、ゴミ袋はキャリヤ部分を掴むこ
とによシ容易に持ち上げることができる。
客弾性フィンガは、その長手方向に延びる少なくとも１
つの補強リプを備えているのが好ましく、これによシ閉
塞装置は大きな力にも耐えることができる。
本発明の好適な実施例では、弾性フィンガがキャリヤか
ら一定角度で斜めに延びている。この構成で、ゴミ袋の
開口部をフィンガの傾斜方向と同じ方向で挿入口に嵌入
させた場合、キャリヤを掴んで袋を持ち上げた際に弾性
フィンガは挿通口が縮小するように若干弾性変形して、
閉塞された袋の開口部を強固に締め付け゛る。
実施例 以下、本発明の一実施例を添付図面に基づき説明する。
第１図において、（１）は袋等の閉塞装置を示し、これ
は環状のキャリヤ（２）を備えている。キャリヤ（２）
の内周部には６個の弾性フィンガ（３）が等間隔に設け
られておシ、これら弾性フィンガ（３）はその遊端にお
いて閉塞すべき袋の開口部を嵌入するための挿通口（４
）を画定している。全弾性フィンガ（３）はキャリヤ（
２）から一定角度で斜めに延びている。本の 実施例では、各々４弾性フィンガ（３）はその遊端に２
個の係合歯（５）を有している。閉塞装置（１）は射出
成形によシ一体片として製造できる。
第３図にて概略的に示したようなゴミ袋（６）全閉塞す
るには、このゴミ袋（６）の上端開口部を弾性フィンガ
（３）の傾斜方向と同方向に挿通口（４）に嵌入させる
だけの簡単な操作を行なえばよい。これにより、弾性フ
ィンガ（３）がゴミ袋（６）の開口部をｙＡ塞しその際
に係合歯（５）がゴミ袋（６）の構成材料に食い込む。
ゴミ袋（６）はキイリヤ（２）を掴んで簡単に持ち上げ
ることができ、その際、ゴミ袋（６）がキャリヤ（２）
から滑り抜けることはない。これは、フィンガ（３）が
斜めに延びていると共に、係合歯（５）がゴミ袋（６）
に食い込んでいるため、キャリヤ（２）を掴んでゴミ袋
（６）を持ち上げた時に、弾性フィンガ（３）が若干弾
性変形して、挿通口（４）が縮小することにより、弾性
フィンガ（３）がゴミ袋（６）をよシ強固に締め付ける
からである。
第２図に示すように、各々の弾性フィンガ（３）はその
長手方向に延びる２個の補強リプ（７）を有しているた
め、大負荷に耐えることができない。
なお、本発明は図示した実施例に限定されるものではな
く、種々に変形できる。また、同様の閉塞装置を２段に
重ねて用いることによシ、よシ重い袋を持ち運ぶことが
可能となる。
発明の効果 以上述べたごとく、本発明の袋等の閉塞装置は、キャリ
ヤと、該キャリヤに支持され、袋等の閉塞すべき部分が
嵌入される挿入口を形成すべく相互に近づく方向に延び
る複数の弾性フィンガとを備えた構成なので、袋等への
装着が容易に行なえると共Ｋ、装着後の持ち上げをキャ
リヤを利用して簡単に行なえるという効果がある。

Claims (1)

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 １、キャリヤと、該キャリヤに支持され、袋等の閉塞す
    べき部分が嵌入される挿入口を形成すべく相互に近づく
    方向に延びる複数の弾性フィンガとを備えた袋等の閉塞
    装置。 ２、各弾性フィンガが少なくとも１つの長手方向の補強
    リブを備えた特許請求の範囲第１項に記載の閉塞装置。 ３、全弾性フィンガが全長にわたってキャリヤから一定
    の角度で斜めに延びている特許請求の範囲第１項又は第
    ２項に記載の閉塞装置。 ４、各々の弾性フィンガがその遊端に少なくとも１つの
    係合歯を有する特許請求の範囲第１項ないし第３項のい
    ずれかに記載の閉塞装置。 ５、キャリヤが環状で、その内周部に６個以上の弾性フ
    ィンガが等間隔に配置されている特許請求の範囲第１項
    ないし第４項に記載の閉塞装置。
