ともに該各ピンの上面に被検査用プリント基板が
装着されるピンボード治具と、前記治具の上方に
位置し下面に突設された多数の押え棒を介して前
記基板を下方へ押圧する押えベースと、前記ベー
スをエヤー圧力で上昇させ自重で下降自在にする
エヤーシリンダと、前記各押え棒の前記基板上へ
の当接状態を検出する検出手段と、前記ベースに
係合する爪を備え前記検出手段の検出出力により
動作し前記爪を介して前記ベースに下方への押付
