プローブピンの一部との間を第１コンタクトピン
で接続すると共に、被検査プリント基板の他面に
対向させて検査用配線基板を縦方向に互いに平行
に多数並設し、この検査用配線基板の被検査プリ
ント基板に被検査プリント基板の上記他面回路部
に対向してこれに接続可能な第１端子部を設ける
と共に、その他方に回路パターンを介してこれと
導通する第２端子部を設け、この第２端子部と前
記検査機ヘツドのプローブピンの他の一部との間
を第２コンタクトピンで接続したことを特徴とす
