Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 技術分野 本発明はリードフレームに関し、特にリール巻きタイプ
のリードフレームに関する。
従来技術 従来、この種のリール巻きタイプのリードフレームは、
第２図と第３図とに示すように、各リードのクリップ部
３が固定されていないため搬送中の状態や取汲いによっ
ては部分的にリード間の間隔が極端に狂った間隔不良端
子４や正常端子５の列から飛び出した挿入不良端子７等
の不良端子が発生しゃ寸かった１゜ このような従来のリードフレーム６では開隔不良や挿入
不能等の不良が発生しやすいために、リードフレーム６
を混成集積回路等に使用すると、リード間隔不良や端子
法（プ不良等が発生し、製品歩留りが低下したり、生産
効率が低下したりする欠点がある。
発明の目的 本発明は上記のような従来のものの欠点を除去すべくな
されたちので、製品歩留りと生産効率とを向上させるこ
とができるリードフレームを提供することを目的とする
。
発明の構成 本発明にＪ：るリードフレームは、各リードが平行とな
るようにｎａ記リードを低融点金属で互いに連結したこ
とを特徴とする。
実施例 次に本発明の一実施例について図面を参照しＣ説明する
。
第１図は本発明の一実施例を示す平面図である。
図において、リードフレーム１はクリップ部３の分岐点
近傍を低融点金属（溶融する温度が低い金属、例えば半
田）２で互いに連結して固定している。
自由端であるリードフレーム１のクリップ部３の近傍が
連結されて固定されているために、リード＋７２隔が狂
ったリード間隔の不良や、リードの列から飛び出す挿入
不能の不良が発生しにくくなる。
又、端子の半田付けの侵にはリードを連結している低融
点金属２も一緒に溶融してしまうために、この低融点金
属２を切断するための特別な切断工程も設備も必要とし
ない。
このように、リードフレーム１の各リードを低融点金属
２でＨいに連結して固定し、各リードが平行となるにう
にすることによって、リード間隔の不良と端子扱けの不
良とが発生するのを防止できるため、生産効率が向上し
、製品歩留りを向上させて品質を良くすることができる
。
発明の効果 以」−説明したように本発明によれば、各リードが平行
となるように各リードをＵいに低融点金属で連結して固
定することによって、製品歩留りと生産効率とを向上さ
せることができるリードフレームを提供することができ
るという効果がある。
