- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (a) 補償制御信号に応じて作動し負荷を駆動す
るモータと、 (b) モータの位置を検出する位置検出手段と、 (c) モータ位置を目標位置に一致せしめる制御
信号を作るコントローラと、 (d) モータ位置と目標位置に基づいて制御の不
感帯を補償する補償量を設定する補償量設定手段
と、 (e) 制御信号と補償量に基づいて前記補償制御
信号を作る補償制御手段と、 を備えたことを特徴とするモータ位置制御装置。
