ラツパを制御するアクチユエータ手段と、前記パ
イロツトリレーの弁に連動するステム変位を非接
触磁気センサにより電気信号に変換して前記アク
チユエータ手段の入力側にフイードバツクする第
1変位/電気信号変換手段と、前記バルブのステ
ム変位を入力して電圧信号あるいはデジタル信号
の形として前記フイードバツク信号を得る第2変
位/電気信号変換手段とを具備した電空ポジシヨ
