する電気信号に変換する入力処理手段と、この入
力処理手段の出力と帰還信号との差に基づいて前
記バルブを駆動するパイロツトリレーのフラツパ
を制御するアクチユエータ手段と、前記バルブの
ステム変位を入力して前記電気信号の形として前
記帰還信号を得る変位/電気信号変換手段と、前
記バルブの上限を与える上限電圧と前記ステムの
下限を与える下限電圧とが与えられこれらと前記
ステム変位に関連する電圧と比較する比較器とを
具備しこの比較器の出力から前記バルブが上限或
いは下限に達したことを知らせるようにしたこと
