電流に対応させて制御するための電空ポジシヨナ
において、前記入力電流を電圧信号あるいはデジ
タル信号に変換する入力処理手段と、この入力処
理手段の出力とフイードバツク信号との差に基づ
いて前記バルブを駆動するパイロツトリレーのフ
ラツパを制御するアクチユエータ手段と、前記パ
イロツトリレーの弁に連動するステム変位を非接
触磁気センサにより電気信号に変換して前記アク
チユエータ手段の入力側にフイードバツクする第
1変位/電気信号変換手段と、前記バルブのステ
ム変位を入力して電圧信号あるいはデジタル信号
の形として前記フイードバツク信号を得る第2変
位/電気信号変換手段と、前記入力処理手段と前
記アクチユエータ手段と第1変位/電気信号変換
手段と前記第2変位/電気信号変換手段とを内蔵
する耐圧防爆容器とを具備した耐圧防爆形電空ポ
