電流に対応させて制御するための電空ポジシヨナ
において、前記入力電流に対応した信号電圧を作
ると共に回路電源をも作る入力処理手段と、前記
信号電圧をデジタル信号に変換するデジタル変換
手段と、前記バルブのステム変位を周波数出力に
変換する第１変位／周波数変換手段と、前記バル
ブを駆動するパイロツトリレーの弁に連動するス
テム変位を周波数信号に変換する第２変位／周波
数変換手段と、前記周波数出力と前記周波数信号
とに対応する帰還信号が入力されこの周波数出力
に基づき前記周波数信号に対する出力信号の利得
を演算すると共にこれ等と前記デジタル信号との
偏差をとりこの偏差に対応する出力信号を前記パ
イロツトリレーを制御するアクチユエータ手段に
出力するマイクロコンピユータとを具備すること

An electro-pneumatic positioner comprising: a microcomputer that detects a deviation and outputs an output signal corresponding to the deviation to actuator means for controlling the pilot relay.
