がフラツパの一端に上下に固定され他端にノズル
がこのフラツパに対向して対向間隔が調整できる
ように配置され絞りを介して給気圧が供給された
ノズルフラツパ機構と、このノズルフラツパ機構
のノズル背圧に対応する前記空気圧を出力するパ
イロツトリレーとを具備し、前記空気圧に対応す
る電圧信号あるいはデジタル信号を前記フイード
バツク信号として帰還することを特徴とする電気
/圧力変換機構。
