力電流に対応させて制御するための電空ポジシヨ
ナにおいて、前記入力電流を電圧信号あるいはデ
ジタル信号に変換する入力処理手段とこの入力処
理手段の出力とフイードバツク信号との差に基づ
いて前記バルブを駆動する空気圧をパイロツトリ
レーを介して制御するアクチユエータ手段とを収
容する制御部と、前記バルブのステムの変位を入
力して電気信号の形で出力する変位―電気信号変
換部とからなり、この変位―電気信号変換部を前
記バルブ側に固定するようにしたことを特徴とす
