の入力処理手段の出力とフイードバツク信号との
差に基づいて上記空気圧出力を出力するパイロツ
トリレーのフラツパーを制御するアクチユエータ
手段と、上記パイロツトリレーの弁に連動するス
テム変位を電気信号に変換する変位―電気信号変
換手段と、上記電気信号の大きさを調節して上記
アクチユエータ手段の入力側にフイードバツクす
る利得調節手段と、空気圧出力を入力して電圧信
号又はデイジタル信号の形態で上記フイードバツ
ク信号を得る圧力―電気信号変換手段とを具備し
