Description
【考案の詳細な説明】
本案は橋の両側に配置される高欄用支柱に関す
るものである。

かかる高欄用支柱はダクタイル鋳鉄、その他の
鋳鉄、鋳鋼、アルミニウム、コンクリートなどで
鋳造され、その耐候性を高めあるいは橋の美観を
考慮して亜鉛メツキまたは各種の塗装をすること
が多い。

高欄用支柱は縦長板体１の一側に中空筒状体の
一部を切落した形状のレール嵌合部２を設け周縁
に鍔４を設けたものが使用されているが、その塗
装に際しては噴霧塗装によれば均一に塗装するこ
とが困難で、浸漬による塗装および亜鉛メツキが
最も簡易であるとされるが、この浸漬法において
も板体１と鍔４とによる凹窩部の稜線部特に隅角
部に浸漬液が溜り塗装乃至メツキが均一に行なわ
れない欠点があつた。
一部を切落した形状のレール嵌合部２を設け周縁
に鍔４を設けたものが使用されているが、その塗
装に際しては噴霧塗装によれば均一に塗装するこ
とが困難で、浸漬による塗装および亜鉛メツキが
最も簡易であるとされるが、この浸漬法において
も板体１と鍔４とによる凹窩部の稜線部特に隅角
部に浸漬液が溜り塗装乃至メツキが均一に行なわ
れない欠点があつた。
本案は上記の欠点を除去するもので、実施例を
図面について説明すれば、第１図および第２図に
示す如く縦長板体１の一側に中空円筒体の一部を
切落した形状のレール嵌合部２を設け、板体１の
周縁に鍔４，４，４……を設けてなる高欄用支柱
において、板体１の一部好ましくは板体１と鍔４
とによる凹窩部の隅角部に小透孔３を穿設してな
る高欄用支柱である。小透孔３は第４図Ａに示す
如く鍔４面に平行でもよく第４図Ｂに示す如く鍔
４面に傾斜してもよい。尚図中５はガイドレー
ル、６はコンクリート基体、７はアンカーボルト
である。
図面について説明すれば、第１図および第２図に
示す如く縦長板体１の一側に中空円筒体の一部を

周縁に鍔４，４，４……を設けてなる高欄用支柱

本案は上記の如く構成したので、高欄用支柱の
鋳造後浸漬により塗装または亜鉛メツキなどをす
る場合塗装液または亜鉛溶湯が稜線部または隅角
部に溜り均一な被膜が形成できない等の欠点なく
簡易廉価に均一に塗装または亜鉛などのメツキが
できる効果を有するものである。

尚第３図に示す如く縦長板体１の各区画に大き
い透孔８，８……を設けた場合にも小透孔３，３
……を穿設することによつて同様の効果が得られ

- 縦長板体１の一側に中空筒状体の一部を切落し
た形状のレール嵌合部２を設け、板体１の一部に
小透孔３を穿設してなる高欄用支柱。
