Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 燃焼室に開口する吸排気口を開閉する吸排
    気弁と、 内燃機関と同期して回転するカムと、 ロツカーシヤフトに支持されており、前記吸排
    気弁に当接する略球面形状の当り面によつて前記
    カムの作動を前記吸排気弁に伝達するロツカーア
    ームと、 前記吸排気弁を閉方向に常時付勢するスプリン
    グと、 前記吸排気弁と前記スプリングとの間に設けら
    れ、前記吸排気弁に固定したリテーナ本体と、前
    記スプリングとの間に介在させたニードルベアリ
    ングとにより構成され、前記吸排気弁と前記スプ
    リング間の回転抵抗を小さくする摩擦低減機構と を有し、前記ロツカーアームの吸排気弁への作用
    点を前記吸排気弁の軸線から前記ロツカーシヤフ
    トの軸線方向に所定量偏倚させた弁回転装置にお
    いて、 前記摩擦抵減機構のニードルベアリングは複数
    のニードルローラと、前記ニードルローラを内部
    で保持するケースとから構成され、前記ケースに
    は、前記ニードルローラをケース内で外部に脱落
    しないように保持し、かつ前記ニードルローラの
    一部がケース内から突出するように前記ニードル
    ローラの径よりも小さい幅を有するスリツトが設
    けられていることを特徴とする内燃機関の弁回転
    装置。 (2) 前記ニードルベアリングを構成するケース
    のスリツトは、ケース外よりケース内に前記ニー
    ドルローラを圧入するための最小限度の幅である
    ことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項
    記載の内燃機関の弁回転装置。 (3) 前記ニードルベアリングを構成するケース
    のスリツトは、前記スプリングあるいは前記リテ
    ーナ本体との当接面において設けられ、前記ニー
    ドルローラがケース内より突出して前記スプリン
    グあるいは前記リテーナ本体に当接する最小限度
    の幅であることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の
    範囲第１項記載の内燃機関の弁回転装置。
