ゲート手段3と、第1ナンドゲート手段5と、第
2ナンドゲート手段6と、これらのナンドゲート
手段の出力が入力される状態保持手段7を設け、 上記第1制御信号保持部の出力を状態保持手段
のデータ端子及び第2ナンドゲート手段に入力す
るとともにその反転信号を第1ナンドゲート手段
