- 半導体ウエハーの直径と同一或いはそれより広
い口径をもつ上面の中心部から化成液を噴き上げ
、その化成液を外周の上側縁からオーバーフロー
させる化成液噴出し部を備えた化成装置において
、化成液噴出し部の上側縁の外周に筒状導電体を
添設し、筒状導電体の内周に面する環状段差部を
化成液噴出し部の上側縁に設けたことを特徴とす
る半導体ウエハー製造用化成装置。
