Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 冷却液を収容した容器の底部に絶縁カラーを
固着し、この絶縁カラーに電極を貫通させてその
上部を前記容器内に突出させ、下端部を前記容器
外に突出させ、前記電極を前記絶縁カラーに固着
して成る気体レーザ発振器の電極装置。 前記絶縁カラーとして、その下端部にフラン
ジ部を有し、そのフランジ部を前記容器の底面に
固着したことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範
囲第１項に記載の気体レーザ発振器の電極装置。
