Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 産業上の利用分野 本発明は、まず光沢貴金属製剤をかつさらにシルクスク
リン印刷油を加えた、微粉砕した珪酸塩系フラックスを
施すことにより、直接的に転写画像またはその他の中間
支持体の介在下に、セラミック表面上に、耐引掻性およ
び耐摩耗性の貴金属装飾を製造する方法に関する。
従来の技術 セラミック表面、例えば磁器、陶器、エナメルまたはガ
ラス上の金装飾は、金の引掻硬度が低いためにまた低い
耐磨耗性および耐引掻性を有するにすぎない。例えば金
被覆された皿縁部は極めて急速に粗い皿の“脚部によっ
て引掻かれかつ剥離される。壁板の場合には、金装飾は
敬還される、それというのも金層はみがき砂による持続
的負荷に耐えられないからである。
焼付けられた全装飾上に別の焼付工程で透明なフラック
スを溶着することか可能である。このフラックスで被覆
された金は耐引掻性である。しかしながら、この方法は
極めて繁雑である、それというのも２番目の印刷または
２番目の転写画像はフラックスと共に正確に施されねば
ならずかつ新たな焼付工程を必要とするからである。
ドイツ連邦共和国特許出願公開第３１２２５４６号明細
書から、光沢貴金属製剤と支持体との間にホウ珪酸鉛フ
リットを含有するアンダーコートが配置されるセラミッ
ク転写画像が公知である。これによれば、１回の焼付工
程で艶消しされた貴金属装飾を得ることができるが、該
装飾は耐引掻性でもまた耐摩耗性でもない。
発明が解決しようとする問題点 本発明の課題は、まず光沢貴金属製剤をかつさらにシル
クスクリン印刷油を加えた、微粉砕した珪酸塩系フラッ
クスを施すことにより、直接的に転写画像またはその他
の中間支持体の介在下に、セラミック表面上に、耐引掻
性および耐摩耗性の貴金属装飾を製造する、簡単に実施
される方法を提供することであった。
問題点を解決するための手段 前記課題は、本発明により、光沢貴金属製剤およびフラ
ックスを４５０〜１０５０℃の焼付工程で焼付けること
により解決される。
発明の作用および効果 驚異的にも、本発明による方法によれば、耐引掻性およ
び耐摩耗性でありかつ容易に施すことのできるの貴金属
被覆が得られる。
この場合には、光沢貴金属製剤とフラックスが同一焼付
工程で１度に焼付けられる。光沢貴金属被膜は、高い引
掻硬度を有する上記被膜上にあるフラックスにより機械
的作用から保護される。また、化学的作用、銀含有光沢
金の曇りに対する安定性および機械的洗浄の際の安定性
も改良される。
波状表面に基づき、このフラックスで被覆された光沢貴
金属は艶消し製剤の特性を有する。
光沢貴金属製剤としては、光沢金、光沢銀またはその他
の貴金属含有製剤を液状形、ペーストまたは熱可塑性材
料として施すことができる。
特に装飾性のかっそれにもかかわらず耐引掻性および耐
摩耗性の貴金属装飾は、フラックスとして珪酸鉛ガラス
をかつシルクスクリン印刷油としてポリメタクリレート
、セルロースエーテルおよび／またはセルロースエステ
ルを使用することにより得られる。珪酸鉛ガラスは、有
利には組成二酸化鉛３０〜８０％、二酸化珪素５〜６０
％、酸化ホウ素０〜２５％、アルカリ金属酸化物および
酸化アルミニウムそれぞれ０〜１０％並びに酸化ジルコ
ニウム０〜５％を有する。
光沢貴金属製剤およびシルクスクリン印刷油を加えた、
微粉砕したフラックスから成る装飾層は、直接セラミッ
ク表面に施すことができ並びにまた転写画像またはその
他の中間支持体、例えばシリコーン膜の介在下に表面に
転写することもできる。
付加的にまた、貴金属、特に金を有色装飾と組み合わせ
るために、セラミックペイントを施すこともできる。同
様に、フラックスを着色することもできる。
実施例 次に、実施例により、本発明の詳細な説明する。
転写画像を印刷するために、水溶性サイズが施された紙
を使用した。その上に、転写画像のために適当な光沢貴
金属製剤をシルクスクリン印刷法により糸１２０本／ｃ
ｍのポリエステル織布で印刷した。その上に、乾燥後に
同様にシルクスクリン印刷法でシルクスクリン印刷油お
よび溶融しやすいホウ珪酸鉛フラックスシルクスクリン
印刷油から成るペーストでシルクスクリン印刷微細度で
印刷した。
シルクスクリン印刷油としては、芳香族化合物富有石油
ベンジン中のポリメタクリレートの溶液を使用し、−万
機粉砕フラックスは以下のゼーガ一式。
０　、６　　Ｐ　ｂ　Ｏ４Ｓ　ｉＯ２ ０，４Ｎａ０１Ｂ２０３ を有していた。
被膜溶液としては、トリメチルベンゼン中のポリメタク
リ−レートの溶液を使用した。転写画像を水に浸しかつ
サイズ層を膨潤した後、付着するフラックス層および光
沢金層を有する被膜を磁器に転写しかつ８００℃で焼付
けた。
こうして得られた光沢金属は、耐引掻性および耐摩耗性
であった。

Claims (1)

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 １、まず光沢貴金属製剤をかつさらにシルクスクリン印
    刷油を加えた、微粉砕した珪酸塩系フラックスを施すこ
    とにより、直接的に転写画像またはその他の中間支持体
    の介在下に、セラミック表面上に、耐引掻性および耐摩
    耗性の貴金属装飾を製造する方法において、光沢貴金属
    製剤およびフラックスを４５０〜１０５０℃の焼付工程
    で焼付けることを特徴とする耐引掻性および耐摩耗性の
    貴金属装飾の製法。 ２、フラックスとして珪酸鉛ガラスをかつシルクスクリ
    ン印刷油としてポリメタクリレート、セルロースエーテ
    ルおよび／またはセルロースエステルを使用する特許請
    求の範囲第１項記載の方法。 ３、組成：酸化鉛３０〜８０％、二酸化珪素５〜６０％
    、酸化ホウ素０〜２５％、アルカリ金属酸化物および酸
    化アルミニウムそれぞれ０〜１０％並びに酸化ジルコニ
    ウム０〜５％のフラックスを使用する特許請求の範囲第
    １項または第２項記載の方法。
