Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 車両のドア開口部の縦枠の外側面に、該外
    側面に対し外側にオフセツトした位置に上下方向
    の枢支軸を備えたボデイ側ヒンジ部材を、前記縦
    枠の取付孔に挿入される取付ボルトを介し取付け
    る自動車のドアヒンジ取付構造において、 前記取付孔は、前記縦枠のアウタパネルとイン
    ナパネルとに車両幅方向に整列して穿設されたア
    ウタ側取付孔及びインナ側取付孔と、前記アウタ
    パネル及びインナパネル間に車両幅方向に取付け
    られたカラーに形成され、前記アウタ側及びイン
    ナ側取付孔間にこれら取付孔と整列して連続する
    ボルト挿通孔とから構成され、且つ、前記枢支軸
    に直交する方向で且つドア面に沿う方向における
    前記取付孔の位置は、前記ドアの一部と重なる位
    置とされ、 前記取付ボルトは前記ボデイ側ヒンジ部材の取
    付孔に車両外側から挿通して該取付孔の孔縁に固
    定されると共に、前記縦枠の取付孔に車両外側か
    ら挿通されて車両内側から締付ナツトにより締付
    けされてなることを特徴とする自動車のドアヒン
    ジ取付構造。 (2) 前記ボデイ側ヒンジ部材は、前記枢支軸が
    挿通される枢支孔と前記取付ボルトが固定される
    取付孔との、前記枢支軸に直交する方向で且つド
    ア面に沿う方向における間隔を狭くして構成する
    ようにした実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の
    自動車のドアヒンジ取付構造。
