Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 電気コネクタであつて、絶縁性ハウジング
    ２を具備し、同絶縁性ハウジング２は空洞４を構
    成し、この空洞４は、端子受容端部６、および当
    該端子受容端部６の反対側のワイヤ受容端部８を
    有し、また前記電気コネクタは打ち抜いて形成さ
    れた電気端子１０を前記空洞４内に有し、当該電
    気端子１０は、ほぼ平行に並置された状態に支持
    された第１および第２ペアのプレート（１２およ
    び１４）を備え、且つ前記第２ペアのプレート１
    ４は前記第１ペアのプレート１２間に配置され、
    片持ち梁であるバネ性の接点アーム１６が、１つ
    のペアの各プレート１２から他のペアの隣接する
    プレート１４へ向かつて斜めに突出し、且つ前記
    プレート１４に近い自由端部１８を有している電
    気コネクタにおいて、前記接点アーム１６の複数
    のペアを具備し、各ペアの１本のアーム１６が、
    前記第１プレート１２の各１つから突出し、且つ
    前記ワイヤ受容端部８から遠ざかる方向で他のペ
    アの他のプレート１２側へ向かつて収束し、前記
    第２ペアの複数のプレート１４は湾曲部２０によ
    り接続され、この湾曲部２０は前記ワイヤ受容端
    部８から遠ざかる側へ湾曲され、また前記空洞４
    は、前記第２ペアの複数のプレート１４間に延在
    するワイヤ案内壁２４により２つの個室２２に分
    割され、前記ハウジング２は、各個室２２と連通
    するワイヤ出入り開口２６を有していることを特
    徴とする電気コネクタ。 (2) 前記各バネ性接点アーム１６が、前記第１
    ペアの各プレート１２のエツジから突出し、当該
    エツジは、前記空洞４のワイヤ受容端部８に隣接
    し、各第２プレート１４は、前記エツジ２８から
    突出する支柱３０により支持され、当該支柱３０
    は前記複数の接点アーム１６間に延在しているこ
    とを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記
    載の電気コネクタ。 (3) 前記各支柱３０が、前記第２ペアのプレー
    ト１４へ接続され且つ同プレートの直角方向へ突
    出する第１部分３２と、同第１部分３２に一体化
    され且つ前記エツジ２８へ接続されているととも
    に、前記端子受容端部８の方向において、前記第
    １ペアの隣接するプレート１２側へ向かつて収束
    している第２部分３４とを有することを特徴とす
    る実用新案登録請求の範囲第２項記載の電気コネ
    クタ。 (4) 前記ワイヤ案内壁２４が前記第２ペアのプ
    レート１４を支持し、同ワイヤ案内壁２４上の保
    持ボス３６が、前記第２ペアのプレート１４の開
    口内へ突出していることを特徴とする実用新案登
    録請求の範囲第１項、第２項または第３項記載の
    電気コネクタ。 (5) 前記空洞４の端子受容端部６のためのカバ
    ー４０が、出入り口４２を有し、この出入り口４
    ２は、前記接点アーム１６の自由端部１８を包囲
    し、且つ前記ハウジング２の側壁４５上の引つ掛
    け突起に係合する引つ掛けアーム４４を有してい
    ることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１
    項から第４項のいずれか１項記載の電気コネクタ
    。 (6) 前記空洞４の第１壁４８上の引つ掛け突起
    ４６が、前記第２ペアのプレート１２中の開口５
    ０内に係合し、そのようなプレート１２が歯５３
    を有し、この歯５３は、当該プレート１２の横側
    のエツジ上に設けられ、且つ前記第１壁４８に隣
    接する前記空洞４の第２壁（４１または４５）に
    係合することを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範
    囲第１項から第５項のいずれか１項に記載の電気
    コネクタ。
