  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 少なくとも４層の基板で構成された多層印
    刷回路板において、２つの中間基板層に信号線路
    パターンと接地線路パターンとが複数の交差点を
    もつて延在し、これら交差点は一方の前記中間基
    板層に前記信号線路パターンと前記接地線路パタ
    ーンのいずれか一方が形成され、他方の前記線路
    パターンはスルーホールを介して他方の前記中間
    基板層に形成されていることを特徴とする多層印
    刷回路板。 (2) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項において、
    前記２つの中間基板層の両側に位置する基板層の
    少なくとも一方の面上の前記信号線路パターンと
    前記接地線路パターンの位置に対応する所に導電
    膜を設け、この導電膜が接地接続されていること
    を特徴とする多層印刷回路板。 (3) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項において、
    前記信号線路パターンと前記接地線路パターンは
    前記交差点を除く部分は同一の前記中間基板層に
    形成され、前記交差点を境に交互に一方の前記中
    間基板層に形成されていることを特徴とする多層
    印刷回路板。
