Claims (1)
- アームによる伝動機構を用いたウエハ等の搬送
装置において、駆動部の出力軸に結合された回転
軸に固定した第１のアームと、このアームに回転
支持された第２のアームに回転支持された第３の
アームとを有し、第１のアームの回転軸の固定部
から第２のアームの付け根までの距離と、第２の
アームの付け根から第３のアームの付け根までの
距離とが等しく、第１のアームの回転角をマイナ
ス２倍で第１、２のアーム間の回転角に伝える伝
動機構と、第１、２のアーム間の回転角をマイナ
ス１／２倍で第２、３のアーム間の回転角に伝え
る伝動機構を備えたことを特徴とする搬送装置。
