    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. アルミナ基板上にギヤツプを有して形成された
    一対のくし形電極と該くし形電極上に有機高分子
    電解質液を塗布乾燥させて形成した感湿膜を、お
    おう保護膜とよりなる感湿素子と温度感知用サー
    ミスタを防湿処理させた感温素子とを１枚のアル
    ミナ基板上に構成させるとともにセンサの周辺回
    路も搭載したアルミナ基板においてアルミナ基板
    上の感湿素子廻りに土手枠を設けたことを特徴と
    する温湿度集積化センサ。
