  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ セラミツク基板上に形成された一対の電極膜
    と、該一対の電極膜を挟んで該セラミツク基板上
    に形成された感湿セラミツク層と、該感湿セラミ
    ツク層の上面に形成された導電膜とを備えたこと
    を特徴とする抵抗式セラミツク感湿素子。 ２ 第１請求項記載の抵抗式セラミツク感湿素子
    において、前記導電膜は、気孔率が１０％以上の
    多孔質であることを特徴とする抵抗式セラミツク
    感湿素子。
