Claims (1)
- 基板１と、該基板１の表面に貼着される一対の
電極２，２と、該電極２，２の上に被着される高
分子電解質からなる感湿膜３とからなる感湿素子
４と、前記基板１の裏面に設けられるペルチエ素
子５とを具え、該ペルチエ素子５で前記感湿素子
４の温度を変更可能としたことを特徴とする湿度
センサ。
