Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 加熱される抵抗体と、これを搭載する基板とか
    ら湿度検知素子が構成され、該湿度検知素子が、
    雰囲気中の湿度に応じてその熱抵抗が変化するこ
    とを利用し、この抵抗変化を電気的信号に変換し
    て湿度を検出する湿度検出装置において、前記基
    板に、雰囲気との接触面積を大とするための凹部
    が形成されたことを特徴とする湿度検知装置。
