Claims (1)
- 速度または角速度帰還路を有する制御装置にお
いて、制御対象に対する速度または角速度指令の
変化率を制限する変化率リミツタと、上記制御対
象の速度または角速度を検出する検出器と、上記
検出器の出力及び上記制御対象の摩擦に応じて上
記変化率リミツタの制限値を演算する演算部とを
備えたことを特徴とする制御装置。
