Claims (1)
- 流量センサで流量を検出し、制御演算部にて目
標流量と上記検出流量との差に応じた制御信号を
演算して、流量サーボ回路にこの制御信号を出力
したものにおいて、制御演算部では上記検出流量
と前記検出流量との差異の有無を判別し、その判
別結果により制御信号を増減させるようにしたこ
とを特徴とする流量弁等のサーボ制御装置。
