Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 基板上に薄膜状プレートによる架橋部が形成さ
    れこの架橋部上にヒータエレメントである第１の
    抵抗体が形成され非架橋部上に周囲温度センサエ
    レメントである第２の抵抗体が形成されたセンサ
    チツプと、第１の抵抗体および第２の抵抗体がそ
    れぞれ互いに隣接する一辺を構成すると共に電源
    に対して並列に接続されているブリツジ回路と、
    ブリツジ回路への電圧印加を一定時間毎に開始す
    ると共に電圧印加開始後第１の抵抗体に生じてい
    る電位差と第２の抵抗体に生じている電位差が所
    定の関係になつたときに前記電圧印加を停止する
    スイツチング回路とを具備する流速計。
