Claims (1)
- 電圧比較器７の一方の入力端には測温用抵抗素
子１の出力電圧ＥＡを分圧して供給し、他方の入
力端には該出力電圧ＥＡをゼナーダイオード９及
びダイオード１０を介して供給すると共に、基準
電圧ＥＣを他のダイオード１１を介して供給する
ようにした測温用抵抗素子の異常検出装置。
