Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 圧電素子を介してＣ−ＭＯＳ増幅器の出力を負
入力端に帰還させると共に、Ｃ−ＭＯＳ増幅器の
正入力端には抵抗回路を介して電源を接続し、こ
の正入力端にバイアス電圧を印加する回路におい
て、 前記抵抗回路にサーミスタを用い、温度の変化
に従つて抵抗回路の抵抗値が変動するようにした
ことを特徴とするＣ−ＭＯＳ発振回路。
