- 増幅回路と、外部入力電圧により容量値が変化
する素子と圧電振動子を含む帰還回路を有する電
圧制御圧電発振回路において、前記外部入力電圧
によりインピーダンスが変化する素子を含む帰還
調整回路を、前記増幅回路出力端と前記帰還回路
入力端の間に挿入することを特徴とする電圧制御
圧電発振回路。
