- ＣＭＯＳインバータの入出力端子間に圧電振動
子を接続してオーバートーン発振させるオーバー
トーン圧電発振回路において、該インバータの入
出力端子間に高抵抗値の抵抗を接続し、該高抵抗
値の抵抗と並列に低抵抗値の抵抗とコンデンサを
直列回路を接続したことを特徴とするオーバート
ーン圧電発振回路。
