Claims (1)
- 第1の可変容量ダイオードと第2の可変容量ダ
イオードを直列接続して共振素子を形成し、前記
第1の可変容量ダイオードの両端に逆バイアス電
圧と発振周波数制御電圧をそれぞれ印加して容量
値を制御し、前記第2の可変容量ダイオードの両
端に前記発振周波数制御電圧と変調信号をそれぞ
れ印加して、前記発振周波数制御電圧に対して前
記第2の可変容量ダイオードの容量値を前記第1
の可変容量ダイオードの容量値の増減と逆方向に
制御して周波数変調波を得ることを特徴とする変
調器付電圧制御発振器。
