Claims (1)
- 一方の入力に基準信号源が供給され、他方の入
力に電圧可変発振器の出力信号が供給されている
比較手段と、該比較手段の出力によつて前記電圧
可変発振器の発振周波数が制御されるされるよう
なＰＬＬ回路において、前記比較手段の対応して
電圧値が可変とされるような直流昇圧回路を設け
、該直流昇圧回路の出力によつて前記電圧可変発
振器の可変容量ダイオードを制御し、共振発振周
波数が可変するように構成されていることを特徴
とするＲＦモジユレータ用発振器。
