Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 温度補償型水晶発振回路において、ポジスタによる簡易
    オーブンを水晶振動子のケースに装着して温度補償し、
    かつ前記水晶発振回路の発振用トランジスタのバイアス
    抵抗を、別に付加したポジスタで温度補償し、かつ前記
    水晶振動子の負荷容量をコンデンサで温度補償し、前述
    の３つの温度補償を適切に組合わせたことを特徴とする
    高安定水晶発振回路。
