    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 弾性表面波共振子ミ静電容量、増幅素子等から成る弾性
    表面波発振器に接続されて該発振器あ周波数温度特性を
    補償する弾性表面波発振器の温度特性補償回路において
    、前記弾性表面波共振子とアース間に接続されたコンデ
    ンサとダイオードとの直列接続回路と、２個の感熱抵抗
    体を含む抵抗回路網であって前記ダイオードに一定温度
    で最大の電圧を印加し、一定温度以下および以上では温
    度に対応して減少された順方向電圧を印加する抵抗回路
    網とを備えたことを特徴とする弾性表面波発振器の温度
    特性補償回路。
