Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 圧電発振子と増幅素子とを有する圧電発振部と該発振部
    の温度による周波数変化を補償する単変補償回路とを備
    えた温度補償型用型発振器において、前記温度補償回路
    が、前記圧電発振子と直列に接続され第１の固定容量素
    子と第１のダイオードとの直列接続からなる第１の直列
    回路と、該第１の直列回路と並列に接続され第２の固定
    容量素子と第２のダイオードとの直列接続からなる第２
    ′の直列回路と、前記第１および第２のダイオードに対
    して順方向に温度依存電圧を与えるための第１の感熱抵
    抗体と、前記第１また１ま第２の直列回路または両画列
    回路と接続された第２の感熱抵抗体を有するバイアス回
    路とから構成されたことを特徴とする温度補償型圧電発
    振器。
